Each month we support a local cause or charity and in May, we'll be supporting Make-a-Wish NB.
100 women across New Brunswick have volunteered to fundraise through the Make-a-Wish Fairy Godmother program, aiming to ignite HOPE for wish kids in need of a miracle. Every minute somewhere in the world, a family hears the devastating news that their child has been diagnosed with critical illness. We can help to make sure that when life returns to normal, no child must wait for their already delayed wish.

- List to sell ratio is high, with an average unit selling at 111.1% of list price (109.3% single residential), spurred on by competitive offers on fewer listings.
- Months of inventory are at an all-time low, currently sitting at 1.2, compared to 1.5 in May 2021. This continues to signify a sellers market.
- Median Days on Market sits at 15 vs. 18 for May 2021, meaning homes continue to sell extremely quickly on average.
