Greater Fredericton Area Market Stats
- 314 total units were sold in June (259 Residential Single), vs 352 (282) for June 2021.
- Average Prices continue to rise year-over-year, with the average single family home selling at $335,569 ($330,000 median), a 19.7% (23.5% median) increase over June 2021.
- List to sell ratio is high, with an average unit selling at 109.2% of list price (108.8% single residential), spurred on by competitive offers on fewer listings.
- Months of inventory are low, currently sitting at 1.6, the same as in June 2021. This continues to signify a sellers market.
- Median Days on Market sits at 14 vs. 19 for June 2021, meaning homes continue to sell extremely quickly on average.
