My name is Chelsea Cogswell and I was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick and raised primarily in Oromocto, having both parents serving in the Canadian Armed Forces. I have seen this community grow exponentially, with a rapidly expanding population. I am proud to serve the community as a REALTOR®, and as volunteer serving on both the Oromocto Hospital Foundation Board as well as the Oromocto Rotary club.
My prior work experience consisted of serving as a homecare worker before enlisting in the Royal Canadian Artillery for twelve years. The experience and training I endured has instilled a strong sense of discipline within me, one that I utilize in ensuring I complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner. I love real estate, and I greatly enjoy meeting new people and learning about what they value in their searches for the perfect home.
As a newly licensed REALTOR®, I enjoy studying the areas my clients are interested in living. I love to find homes that I can unite the perfect buyer and sellers for. When I was a little girl, we had a game called Perfection. The object of the game was to place all the shapes in the correct holes before the time limit ran out, resulting in the pieces popping out. The joy I gathered from successfully completing round after round of the game, is the same joy I get when connecting buyers and sellers. The euphoric feeling of kismet.
