Tracey is a member in good standing of the Fredericton Real Estate Board (FREB) New Brunswick Real Estate. Association(NBREA) and Canadian Real Estate Association(CREA). She also has a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation, one of the few in the province. Tracey earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick that provided a solid background on which her career is built.
Tracey feels that being a REALTOR® is more than joining professional associations and you may see her sleeping in a cardboard box while raising money for Chrysalis House or swinging a hammer at a Habitat for Humanity build. To date, EXIT Realty has donated over 2.25 million to the charity and helped to build more than 15 Habitat homes.
In Tracey’s free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and daughter, singing with The Elm City Echoes (a cappella 4 part harmony), keeping bees, and training Tai Chi at Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan academy.
