As an International property owner herself of multiple income units, Julieanne is very familiar with the pros and cons of Real Estate. In addition she has over 15 years experience as a Property & Project Manager for a large investor. She has negotiated both sales, purchases, and construction & maintenance contracts.
Since she was young, Julieanne could be found drawing house plans. She can remember the floor plan of almost every house she has been in. Real Estate has been a life long passion and it shows.
In her spare time Julieanne can be found designing floor plans & co-ordinating contractors for homes she is flipping. She loves spending time with her family down hill skiing, spending time by the ocean, boating the Saint John River, 4 wheeling, and motorcycling.
